Yesterday evening, Dec. 05, 2008, I took my vehicle to your business to have it washed. I purchased the VIP wash. My suburban started throung the car-wash. About a third of the way the truck jerked. My wife asked me what was that. I told her I did not know. It has never done that before. About 5 seconds later the suburban started going toward the right and then a loud noise and it dropped down. It had been pulled off of the track and stopped moving. The car benind me was still moving and comint toward me. I started blowing my horn and the system was shut down. Several employees came to look at what had happened. After about 30 minutes they asked my wife and me to get out of the vehicle. I got out on the driver side, and my wife had to crawl over to the driver's side. She could not open her door. It was almost against a pipe of some kind. A few minutes later they got it back on the track and finished the trip through the wash. We were there one hour and thirty minutes for what should have been about a thirty minute carwash. We were never asked if we were alright, never received an apology for what happened. I did not expect anyone to bow down or kiss my ---, but I do think I should have received an apology for what happened. I did not, at any time, have my hands on the steering wheel, or foot on the brakes. This was not the first time I have used your carwash so I knew the rules. But this will be the last time I use it. I will wait for a reply before I start telling my family and friends what happened.
